Bring a vehicle that can carry the generator safely; our team helps you load it.

We give you the manufacturer's operating instructions for your generator at handover.

Government campsite registration is separate from this generator rental.

Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before handover. Later cancellations are charged the delivery and collection fees.
Early return does not reduce the agreed rental or package payments.
Late return: each extra day is charged at the daily rate.
Fuel is not included. Keep the tank topped up with clean diesel. Ask when you book and we fill the tank at delivery for an extra charge.
Damage and missing items are charged at repair or replacement cost, itemised with photos from the inspection.
No deposit is needed. Booking needs a valid Qatar ID or passport, and we check the same ID at handover.
Missed installment: we contact you to settle it. No late fee applies.
Safe use: do not move the generator or open its panels except the fuel cap, keep at least 1 m clear around it, and report any fault to our 24/7 emergency number.
